Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no long contract to sign. Give us notice, we see out the period you have already paid for, and your domain and every lead the site brought you stay with you.
What happens to my domain?
It is yours. If you already own one, we point it at your new site. If you do not, we register it in your name — not ours. If you ever move on, it goes with you.
I already have a website. What then?
We build the new one alongside it, so nothing changes for your customers until you have seen it finished and given the go-ahead.
Switching over takes a few minutes, and we do it whenever suits you — usually after hours, so nobody notices.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days to see your finished site. The thing that speeds it up most is getting photos and business details back quickly.
If we are connecting it to your booking or shop software, allow a little longer — we test everything against your real account before it goes near live.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. You send photos, your services and your hours. We handle the building, the hosting, the domain and the updates.

What does it cost?
The build is free, and there is nothing to pay until you have seen it finished and approved it.
Hosting and management starts at $299 a month, and you get your exact number before anything begins. The first month is due before the site goes live.
