Privacy policy

This policy explains what OmniRep collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it. OmniRep is the trading name of Omni Rep, a DBA of Trikas Enterprises LLC.

It covers getomnirep.com only. It does not cover the websites we build and host for our clients — those collect information on behalf of that business, and that business decides what happens to it.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a form or contact us, we receive what you choose to send — typically your name, business name, email address, phone number, the address of your current website, and anything you write in a message field.

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identification, health information, or anything else sensitive through a web form.

Information collected automatically

Our servers keep standard request logs, which may include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, referring page, and the date and time. We use these to operate and secure the site, diagnose problems, and detect abuse.

We also use a short-lived record derived from your IP address to rate-limit form submissions and prevent the form being used to send bulk mail.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not currently set advertising cookies, run third-party analytics, or use tracking pixels on this site.

We may in future use cookies or similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, or to understand in aggregate how the site is used. If we introduce anything that requires your consent under applicable law, we will ask for it at the time and update this policy. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings.

How we use information

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and submitting a form does not add you to a mailing list.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number and agree to be contacted by text — whether in writing or verbally during a call or meeting — we may send you text messages about your enquiry, your project, or your service with us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We use a small number of third-party service providers to run our business — for example to host this website, deliver email and text messages, and store enquiry records. These providers process information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. They are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, to enforce our agreements, to protect the rights, property or safety of any person, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact and for a reasonable period afterwards. Records connected to work we have actually performed are kept as long as tax, accounting and contract law requires. You may ask us to delete an enquiry and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and credentials for the services we use are stored outside the public website and are never published in our code. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information we hold.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will deal with it within the time the law allows.

Depending on where you live — including Washington, California, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws — you may have additional rights, such as the right to know, delete, correct, obtain a copy of your information, or opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We honour these rights, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. As noted above, we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Children

This site is intended for business owners. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site links to websites we have built and to other third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Where information is handled

We operate in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top will change with it, and material changes will be made clear rather than quietly introduced. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
